Jan. 15, 2021:

While remote instruction creates challenges, students have voiced an overwhelming preference for remote courses in summer.  The flexibility, safety, and reduced housing & parking costs that remote instruction provides is believed to encourage enrollment.  However, to support courses that require an in-person option, summer 2021 will follow the policies and procedures provided by UCR’s Instructional Continuity Plan, including the possibility of in-person instruction with a remote option by exceptional approval.
