On-boarding


Are you a Summer Sessions 2017 Instructor?

All New and Rehire Instructors must complete the required payroll/on-boarding paperwork and meet with an on-boarding representative, prior to the first day of instruction. You will not be permitted to teach, nor will you have access to iLearn.

Please follow these easy steps to ensure you get active in the UCR payroll system. Once you have completed this process, you will also be granted access to iLearn.

*Note:  Pay close attention to the I-9 Form List of Acceptable Documents.  Paperwork cannot be completed without the correct ID.
